Update: Funeral Arrangements Set For Dewayne Bunch

Funeral arrangements are set for a former state lawmaker who died this week.

Dewayne Bunch died Wednesday at the age of 50.

He was critically injured in April of last year trying to break up a fight between students at Whitley County High school where he worked for 17 years.

After the incident, Bunch spent months in rehab centers in Lexington and Georgia.

Visitation will be held for Bunch on Sunday from noon until 4pm at Croley Funeral Home in Williamsburg.

Funeral services will begin immediately after the visitation at 4pm at the funeral home.
