Update: Driver Accused Of Hitting Cyclist Identified

 Lexington police have identified the driver accused of hitting a bicyclist Wednesday.
 Jose Ramos, 45, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
 Police said Ramos and the bicyclist were going in the same direction on North Broadway at around 5:15 p.m. when Ramos hit the bike.
 The cyclist was not wearing a helmet, according to police.
 He was taken to the University of Kentucky hospital and is in critical condition.
