Update: Change In Charges Against Woman Accused Of Trading Newborn For Truck

The woman accused of trading her newborn for a pickup truck now faces a different charge following a court hearing Tuesday in Laurel County.

According to court documents, the charge against Heather Kaminskey was amended from Human Trafficking to Sale or Purchase of a Child for Adoption.

She remains in the Laurel County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
