Deputies say the body of a missing fisherman was pulled Tuesday night from Elkhorn Creek.

Investigators say 28-year-old Buford Barron III was swept away Sunday after slipping on a rock while fishing in Franklin County.

After two days of searching, investigators say his body was found 50 yards to 75 yards upstream from the bridge to the Jim Beam Bottling plant.

Deputies say he was discovered around 6:20pm Tuesday.
