Lexington Police said a bank robbery suspect turned himself in to authorities.

Investigators said Leon Cavins, 54, is accused of robbing the Wood Forrest Bank inside a Walmart on Greg Lag Way in Hamburg on May 26, 2013.

Police said witnesses told them that a man came into the bank, handed a teller a note demanding money, got some cash and took off out of the store.

Police said Cavins is charged with Robbery 2nd Degree.
