Update: Jessamine County Assault Charges Upgraded To Murder

A man accused of assault is now accused of murder.

Police say Curtis Flora was accused of assault after the beating of James Wallace in Jessamine County last New Year's Eve.

Then last Wednesday Wallace died at UK Hospital.

The Jessamine County Sheriff's Office says because of Wallace's death, the charges against Flora have been upgraded.
