Lexington Police said they arrested a suspect on Monday on the same street he's accused of opening fire into a crowd.

Investigators said Winmark Emanuel, Junior, 23, of Lexington, was arrested on Dalton Court.  He was lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center.

Police said last week a domestic dispute escalated and that Emanuel fired several shots into a crowd of people.

Police said three people were hit, but they were not seriously injured.

Investigators said Emanuel was charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Assault 4th Degree.
