A man arrested for the murder of a woman jogging in Russell County has been indicted on a fetal homicide charge.

Chris Allman, 28, has also been indicted on murder, kidnapping, robbery, and tampering with physical evidence charges.

Sarah Hart, 31, was robbed and killed in Jamestown June 14. According to the coroner, the married mother of three was 10-11 weeks pregnant when she was murdered. Hart had been strangled.

Hart had been jogging with her sister when she complained she didn't feel well, and went back to her car. Her body was discovered later that day in a wooded area, 30 yards from a road.
