The University of Kentucky is blaming a "pay problem" for a delay in getting paychecks delivered to possibly 16,000 of their workers.

This afternoon, UK said some of their employees were getting paid, and PNC bank allowed staff members and student employees to cash personal checks up to $200, provided they have UK identification as well as a photo ID.

If you have been affected by this paycheck delay, a call center has been set up to handle your questions: (859) 257-9254.
