Unseasonably chilly weather will continue across Kentucky today, thanks to an active wind from the northwest.  Central Kentucky will be partly cloudy and dry, but far eastern Kentucky will be mostly cloudy with some valley rain showers and mountain (late April!) snow - believe it or not - near the Virginia state line.  Today's high will only be near 54° in Lexington, well below our average in the upper 60s.  Tonight will be partly cloudy and cold with lows near 36° in the city.  Some isolated valleys may briefly fall to 32°.  We'll bounce back to 60° on Tuesday, and then we'll climb back to near normal for Wednesday and Thursday.  Friday through next weekend will only be slightly cooler than normal.  As far as precipitation is concerned, this will be an active week, with frequent disturbances crossing Kentucky.  Scattered thunderstorms will be possible most days, from Tuesday through Saturday, with a drying trend from northwest to southeast on Sunday.
