As many Americans are dreaming of what they'll do with their tax refunds some are just dreaming of being able to afford things like college tuition.

The United Way is hoping they can help make some of those dreams a reality.

Their "Back on Track" program uses federal grant money to match money saved.

This means people who meet certain requirements can get that home, business, or college education they've always wanted without lack of funding holding them back.

Organizers say over a hundred people have been aided by the program since it began in 2010.
