The Laurel County Sheriff's Department say they have arrested a woman they suspect of shoplifting from Wal-Mart and Dollar General stores.  Deputies say they received several tips online and by phone following media exposure of the story.  These tips culminated in the arrest of 45-year old Cynthia Mullins.

Mullins is accused of using a group of people to shoplift large amounts of diapers, baby formula, and other items.  Police suspect Mullins was re-selling the items.
