UPDATE: Golden Alert Lifted; Missing Man Found

A Golden Alert has been lifted after police found 75-year-old Kenneth Fisher in Cynthiana.

Fisher had been missing since he left his house on Elm Street Saturday morning. According to police, dogs found him Saturday night around 6:30 about a half mile from his home. Police say he was alert and was able to talk.

An ambulance crew checked him out, and he was not transported to a hospital.
