There was some good news Monday night form the Emergency Operations Center in Frankfort.

The EOC deemed the current winter storm was a 'level one' emergency.

It's the lowest level on a scale from one to five.

The center was previously operating at a 'level three' status.

The change meant that the EOC had returned to normal operations.
