Recruiting in any sport can be difficult.  College baseball has even more problems.

Finding top talent can be hard enough.  Finding top talent that won't turn pro and take the money offered if drafted is even more difficult.

UK Head Coach Gary Henderson knows what it's like.  Here's his thoughts on the process and the hopes of keeping some top talent coming for many years.
