UK unveiled plans for its new dorms Wednesday afternoon.
The University is calling the plans a 'game changer' since this is the first time UK dorms have been operated by a private company.
Students were able to take a look at the final designs and give their feedback.
The new residence hall on University Drive is expected to open next fall.
