UK issued a crime bulletin Wednesday after the third fire in the same dorm.
UK Police say someone found burning toilet paper in a restroom on the first floor of the Kirwan One Residence Hall.
On October 27th some poster board was found burning in the basement.
And police say on November 1st, some paper towels were found on fire in another restroom.
