UK Grad To Carry Olympic Torch

A UK graduate will be getting a once in a lifetime opportunity next month.

Taylor Amerman wall be one of just 8, 000 people carrying the Olympic torch through Britain.

She finished her undergraduate work at the University of Kentucky last May before starting at the University of Nottingham where she is getting her master's degree in corporate social responsibility.

Amerman is one of three students that will be representing the school in the event. T

he Louisville native will carry the torch June 29th.

The opening ceremony of the games will be July 27th.
