UK Football Player Arrested

Lexington police have made an arrest involving a UK football player.

Junior wide receiver and special teams returner Demarco Robinson was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, noise ordinance and resisting arrest.

Sports officials at UK said coach Mark Stoops is aware of what happened, but is out of town for recruiting.

Stoops said he will deal with the situation when he returns to Lexington.
