Although football season is still a few months away, you can count on seeing more of University of Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops very soon.

Stoops was chosen as the face of the 2014 Kenneland Maker's Mark bottle, with proceeds going to the Gill Heart Institute at UK Healthcare.

To the coach, it's not only an honorable recognition, but a matter he's close to -- his father passed from a heart attack at the age of 54.

Maker's Mark has a goal of $500,000 to donate to the Institute from the Keeneland bottle. This is the third year they've designated Gill Heart as the recipient.

10,000 numbered, limited-edition bottles will hit Kentucky stores on Friday, April 4, with an average cost of around $52 each.

Over $7 million in charitable funds has been donated since Maker's Mark began it's commemorative bottle partnership with Keeneland 18 years ago.
