The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said all lanes of U.S. 23 in Ashland are open again after being closed early Wednesday due to a water main break.
Motorists should continue to watch for construction crews in the area Friday as pavement repairs are finalized.
The state said minimal traffic delays are expected on Friday.
