Two men were shot in a Lexington neighborhood Tuesday morning.

According to police, officers were called for reports of shots fired on Glenn Place around 5:30 a.m.

Once they arrived, they found one person on the street with gunshot wounds. The victim was taken by ambulance to University of Kentucky Medical Center.

As officers began investigating the shooting, they found that a second person had also been shot and was driven by car to St. Joseph Hospital.
