Troopers: Two People Killed After Car Hits Harlan Co. Building

Troopers said two people were killed Thursday in Harlan County after a car went off the road at a curve and hit a building.
Troopers said two people were killed Thursday in Harlan County after a car went off the road at a curve and hit a building.

It happened around 3:45 p.m. in the Bob's Creek community near Cawood.

Troopers said a woman was driving a Cavalier on KY 3001 when it went off the road and struck two parked vehicles before colliding with a building.

State Police said the driver and a passenger were pinned in the vehicle.

According to troopers, the woman and man were later pronounced dead at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital.

State Police identified the victims as Stephanie Fultz, 30, Cawood and Rostin Bray III, 37, Cawood.
