Two men face sex abuse charges in Richmond.
The Madison County Sheriff's Office accused Eric Kelley of rape, sodomy, and sexual abuse involving an 11-year-old girl. Robbie Uhrin is accused of sexual abuse. The Sheriff's Office says there was a three month long investigation leading up their arrests.
The grand jury now has both cases.
