A grand jury has handed down murder indictments against two men accused of killing a high school student.
16-year-old Chaz Black, who was a sophomore at Henry Clay High School, was fatally shot back on March 18th at a Lexington apartment complex .
Two other people were wounded.
According to the Fayette County Circuit Court clerk, 21-year-old Deionta Hayes and 21-year-old Dominique Godfrey were both indicted Monday by a Fayette County grand jury for Black's murder.
