Lexington Firefighters said two people were injured after crashing into two different homes on Corral Street.

They said a woman drove into a house at the corner of Corral Street and Elm Tree Lane.

According to firefighters, she was taken to the hospital with a broken wrist. Her passenger wasn’t injured.

At the same time, another driver hit the wood railing of a house on the other side of the street.

Firefighters said he was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.

They said no one was at either house when the accident occurred.

The events leading up to these crashes are still under investigation.
