The Laurel County Sheriff's Office said a man was taken to the hospital Tuesday night after he lost control of his truck on U.S. 25, south of London.

Deputies said the man was driving a pickup with a trailer attached when he swerved to miss something in the road.

Investigators said he lost control of the truck and went over an embankment and into a creek.

According to deputies, the driver was Christopher Collins, 32, of Lily.

He was reportedly hauling four large propane tanks in the trailer.

The Sheriff's Office said Collins was treated at St. Joseph Hospital of London.
