A spill and the resulting cleanup, backed up traffic on Interstate 75 in Madison County.

Police say a truck's tailgate accidentally opened spilling clay, concrete, and asphalt.

Firefighters and the state transportation cabinet were involved in the cleanup.

Police say the truck's driver was arrested for something involving his paperwork.
