The State Police crackdown on bad holiday drivers seems to have paid off.
Troopers say there were no traffic deaths in Kentucky during the New Year's holiday period from 6:00pm Friday to 11:59pm Tuesday.
A year ago three people died during the holiday.
Troopers say 737 people died in all of 2012 compared to 720 in 2011.
