Troopers said a tip led them to an apartment in the Arlington Green apartment complex.

According to investigators, troopers found 17 marijuana plants, processed marijuana, grow lights, fertilizer and other materials used to grow marijuana.

State Police arrested Dusty Wilson, 31, and Rebecca Wilson, 33, both of London.

Troopers said Jacob Roark, 22, of London was also taken into custody.
