Transylvania University Begins Construction On Athletics Complex

Transylvania University is building a new athletics complex.

Today they had the groundbreaking ceremony and unveiled plans for the new facility.

Organizers said this started three years ago and has been a combined effort from a lot of people.

It will be the home venue for many of the Transylvania sports teams and will include a new office and locker room.

University officials said this is a new frontier for the university and provides a new outlook for everyone involved.
