Lexington Traffic Advisory For August 15th

A temporary change is being made to Woodland Avenue starting Thursday, August 15th, to facilitate a sewer project for the new Cooperstown residence halls at the University of Kentucky.

Woodland Avenue will be made one way northbound from Columbia Avenue toward Euclid Avenue. (It will be two-way from Euclid to Rose Lane.) Southbound traffic will be detoured. The intersection of Woodland at Columbia Avenue will be changed to a four-way stop with signs and flashing red lights. .

Motorists should be aware of the changes and use caution in the area.
