In Radcliff, in Hardin County, a 13-month-old child is dead.

Police say that child was shot by a three-year-old sibling. WHAS in Louisville quotes Radcliff police, who say this happened around three Sunday afternoon. Police say the three-year-old found a pistol in the home and started playing with it.

The parents were home at the time. Police say they don't know yet if charges will be filed.
