Police have arrested the suspect accused of trying to take the tip jar at the LA Gourmet Pizza in Lexington Monday.
Timothy Howell, 22, was arrested early Thursday morning. He is charged with robbery.
Surveillance video shows two employees protecting the tip jar during that robbery.
According to court documents, it all started with an argument about Howell’s order.
