(CINCINNATI, OH), March 7, 2012 -- Time Warner Cable and Insight today issued the following statement regarding its efforts to assist customers who lost their homes to the devastating storms across the Midwest last week:
“As recovery and restoration efforts continue throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee following the horrific tornados last week, Time Warner Cable and Insight continue to work with their customers who lost their homes to the storm damage. Understanding the devastation and loss in these communities, Time Warner Cable and Insight immediately suspended all credit and collections work in the affected areas. The company will not charge customers whose equipment was lost or damaged as a result of the storms.
Time Warner Cable and Insight customers whose homes were affected by the storms are encouraged to contact us for more information.
