Thursday Is 'Miracle Treat Day'

Thursday is Dairy Queen's 'Miracle Treat Day.'

When you a buy a Blizzard at participating Dairy Queen's, proceeds of $1 or more will be donated to a Children's Miracle Network Hospital, which is Kentucky Children's Hospital in Lexington in this area.

In addition to that, for the first time, your Facebook RSVP to Miracle Day Treat will also be matched with a $1 donation, up to $50,000.

Since 1983, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals have raised over $4 billion, most of it $1 at a time.

Those donations have gone to support research and training, purchase equipment and pay for uncompensated care.
