A federal jury says two eastern Kentuckians are guilty of buying votes.
The jury found Naomi Johnson and Earl Young guilty to conspiring to buy votes for Michael Salyers, a candidate for magistrate in Breathitt County in 2010. Salyers pleaded guilty to conspiracy in February. He'll be sentenced in May.
Another defendant -- Jackie Jennings -- pleaded guilty. Johnson, Young, and Jennings will be sentenced in July.
