The Maysville Police Department has arrested 26-year old Matthew Brock, 27-year old Amber Lovell and 23-year old Minnie Robertson all on the charge of First Degree Wanton Endangerment in the death of Michael Cooper.
According to the Herald-Leader, Cooper's death is being ruled as a homicide.
Cooper's body was discovered in a wooded area off of West Second Street in Maysville.
Cooper's body appeared to have been there for at least two days before being discovered on Friday.
