Lexington Police said a third man was arrested in the January 3rd robbery of C & P Market.

Investigators said Monday that the store owner recognized Bobby Lady as someone he has known for years.

According to police, Lady wore the same shoes when he recently went into the store to cash a check.

Police arrested two other suspects last Thursday.

Timothy Rambo and Anthony Helton both face charges in the robbery.

Investigators said the three men used a baseball bat during the hold up.
