There is a Powerball winner -- and that winner is probably not from Kentucky.
The winning ticket for Saturday night's drawing was sold in Rhode Island. That winner has not yet stepped forward. It was 336-million dollar jackpot, and it grew fast. On February first, the jackpot was a "mere" 173 million.
