The power went out in the Hamburg area of Lexington Friday evening, affecting several businesses.
The cause of the outage was not listed on the Kentucky Utilities online outage map.
Lexington Police have taken over traffic control in the area.
It was estimated on the KU online outage map that the power would be restored by 10:30 p.m.
