The teens accused of injuring the late DeWayne Bunch are scheduled to be in court Tuesday.

The Whitley County Commonwealth Attorney's office confirms that the two teens, who were originally charged with assaulting former representative Bunch in 2011, will be in court to discuss their charges.

The teens were accused of hurting Bunch when he tried to break up a fight in the cafeteria of Whitley County High School, where he taught.

The former representative died due to complications from those injuries in July.
