18-year-old Braxton Upthegrove is finally getting a much-needed kidney after his first transplant twelve years ago didn't work.

Braxton was born with health complications and received his first donation from his father when he was six. But, after the transplant failed, he had to endure ten hours of dialysis every day.

Luckily, Braxton and his family recently received the good news that another donor is a 99 percent match. The new kidney is coming from a 46-year-old man.

Braxton and his mother are currently in Cincinnati as he prepares for surgery.
