Tax Amnesty Program Begins In Kentucky

 If you owe taxes in Kentucky now is the right time to pay.
 A "Tax Amnesty" began Monday in Kentucky.
 Under the the program, delinquent taxpayers can pay up without fear of penalties or prosecution.
 The tax amnesty lasts until November 30th.
 Governor Steve Beshear said it could bring in $61 million.
