Suspected Shooter Hides Out In Stranger's Apartment

 An accused shooter ran into a stranger's apartment in Lexington to hide out.
 Gustavo Hernendez, 20, was taken into custody about 20 minutes after police said he shot a man multiple times on Village Drive Saturday.
 He then dumped the gun, according to police, then hid in an apartment on Cambridge Drive.
 The person who lives in the apartment told police he didn't know Hernendez.
 Hernenedez is charged with assault, tampering with physical evidence and criminal trespass.
 Police said another man, Carlos Campos, was found hiding with Hernendez. He is charged with criminal trespass.
