Suspect Pleads Not Guilty After Teen's Death

A suspect pleaded 'not guilty' Tuesday after the weekend killing of a Lexington teenager.

Deionta Hayes was arraigned by video. He's accused in the shooting death of 16-year-old Chaz Black on Sunday.

Police say Black, and two other teenagers, were shot in an apartment at Man O'War Crossing on Palumbo Drive. Hayes is also accused of two counts of assault and robbery.
