UPDATE: Suspect Arrested In Richmond Nightclub Shooting

Richmond Police said a man wanted in a shooting at a nightclub was now in jail.

Police said Richard Duerson was arrested Monday on outstanding warrants.

Officers were looking for him after police said a man was shot in the leg May 20th at the Manhattan Club on East Water Street.

Witnesses told police that Duerson had been thrown out of the club shortly before the shooting happened.

Duerson was charged with assault, wanton endangerment and terroristic threatening.

Police said the shooting victim was expected to be okay.
