Crews from the National Weather Service will be out today surveying the damage from Wednesday's powerful storms that tore through the state.
They will be in Morgan county where a state of emergency was declared in West Liberty where storms detroyed a church and several buildings.
The National Weather Service is expected to determine today if the damage in Morgan County was caused by a tornado, or straight-line winds.
The weather service will also visit Menifee and Pulaski counties.
