Could a high number of facebook friends make you a narcissist?
A Western Illinois University Professor surveyed almost 300 people, mostly college students.
The study looked at "self-promoting" behavior like posting status updates and "anti-social" behaviors like getting mad when someone didn't comment on an update.
Researchers found the people who scored highest on the inventory were more narcissistic and also had the most friends.
