Students Speak Out At Coal Rally

University of Kentucky students along with alumni voice concerns over coal at rally.
University of Kentucky students voiced their opposition to the use of coal at a rally Wednesday afternoon.

Those at the rally say they want the university to cut ties with the coal industry, and to stop accepting sponsorships from the companies.

Students say at the rally, says the alternative energy industry is growing, and switching energy sources is the best thing for Kentucky as a whole. They are asking U.K. administration to include coal in their list of harmful industries like tobacco and alcohol.
